Pray for the safe release of Brother Imaad.  He has been
taken captive by a radical Islamic group.  Brother Musa Khan, Imaad's
family and the village chief are trying to negotiate his release but these
situations are always tense and full of uncertainty.  Ask the Lord to
loosen the restraints that are binding Imaad and miraculously set him
free.  Pray for those holding Imaad captive to have a revelation of who
Jesus Christ is and what He has done for them.  Pray also for peace over
Imaad's family as they await the outcome.  This has been an especially
difficult year throughout Central Asia for our GYI partner’s teams of church
planters in terms of persecution.  However, they are also experiencing their
most successful year of planting churches in Central Asia.  Pray for each teammember and all followers of Jesus Christ to stay strong in their faith as the celebration of the birth of Jesus approaches.
