School of Youth Ministry

The School of Youth Ministry (SOYM) is an intensive training program for young leaders pursuing a calling in youth ministry. SOYM hosts 12-16 Haitian youth leaders for a 4 month residence program, where they are taught Bible, theology, life skills, practical ministry skills and leadership development. They also gain a working knowledge of both English and computer, preparing them to excel as leaders. At the end of the 4 month program, they are sent out in teams to help local churches launch youth ministries across Haiti.
